How do I place an order?
Simply find the item you wish to purchase and click on the “Add to Cart” button. You will then be shown your shopping cart. From the shopping cart page you can update the quantity, continue shopping, or proceed to our “checkout” page.
How long is delivery?
BF Deals strives to ship all 'in stock' items within 48 hours. Standard ground delivery normally takes 7-10 business days. Expedited shipping is 3-4 business days.
*Items shipped directly from the manufacturer can take longer for delivery. The delivery time will be noted in the item description and under “Availability” in your shopping cart.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We ship orders via UPS, FedEx and USPS. Shipping is a flat rate of $4.99. Some items have additional overweight/oversized charges.
AK, HI, PR shipping is an additional $3.00 per pound, $12.00 minimum per order. Some items include additional shipping fees for being oversize and/or overweight

If the item you purchased arrives damaged or defective and was not purchased as an
“As Is” product, you may return it within 7 days for a full merchandise refund. After 7 days, items may be returned for merchandise credit (up to 30 days).
Footwear should be tried on for fit indoors. You may return shoes/apparel within 7 days for exchange or refund in unworn, new condition, along with the original packaging. After 7 days, or if shoes/apparel show wear of any kind, items may be returned for a merchandise credit, if returned within 30 days. No returns accepted on “As Is” merchandise.

How do I track my order?
If you do not have a BF Deals account or you were not logged in when you ordered you can use our order tracking page. If you have a BF Deals account and were logged in when you placed your order you can view all your orders by clicking on “My Account” at the top of the page and then clicking on “Order History & Status.” From there click on “Order Status” to view the order status of the selected order. Please note it may take a couple days for your order status to appear.
